So as I see on your reviews I'm not the first person u guys scammed u pay over 100 dollars for an arrangement n get this disgusting arrangement I could've gotten at the grocery store and I responded to your service center n no reply
Ordered a $121 bouquet of flowers plus 2 mylar balloons for Mother's day. My mom received what looks like a $15 Walmart bouquet without the balloons. Will not order from again or recommend this company to anyone. SCAM! Pics are what I ordered versus what I received.
What I ordered vs what I received. I’m actually very disappointed. It’s not even remotely close to what I ordered. The flowers are different, the vase is not as modern and looks more traditional and the arrangement is not as plush and full as what I ordered. To top it off, they completely forgot the chocolate I ordered. However, they did compensate me back for it. It was for my parents 40th anniversary and I wanted it to be special since I don’t live near them. This company really dropped the ball on this one for me.
Order was NEVER RECEIVED by recipient!! A complete scam as they claimed order was received & refused refund. Very EMBARRASSING to tell someone they’re receiving a special floral arrangement & nothing shows up 🥲 !! Especially an elderly Auntie. Do yourself a favor & buy from a reputable floral service. Sorry, but, pictures aren’t available for this “pretend purchase” paid for by “real” money.
Such a ridiculously bad experience it's almost laughable. Wish I had seen the other negative reviews before I'd ordered a $100 bouquet. I'll just add the photos of what I ordered vs what I received and you can decide if it's worth it to buy from thos overpriced digital middleman, or just phone up your local florist directly. I know I'll be doing the latter from now on. Lesson learned!
