This florist has been consistently disappointing and unprofessional. My recent experience was the worst. I urgently needed flowers to honour my uncle who had just passed away. I picked a fresh arrangement and asked to change one dried stem. After waiting over 10 minutes, the older lady returned with most of the fresh flowers replaced by old, tired-looking ones.
