I don't write many reviews but I had to share this one. My daughter and her husband just brought their newborn son home from the NICU at Nationwide Children's Hospital. We wanted to send them something special to commemorate the occasion because we live 3 hours away. I Googled flower shops and found Orchard Lane Flowers. Boy, did I hit the jackpot! I walked in on a Saturday looking for 3 small bouquets. Jess helped me turn one larger bouquet into three smaller ones. Amazing customer service!
My wife and I needed last minute flowers for a funeral after being cancelled on by another florist due to inventory issues on Valentine’s weekend. So we popped in to Orchard Lane on a whim praying they had something in stock. Jess at the counter was so helpful and kind. While they didn’t have much inventory left of bouquets or arrangements either, she and the owner worked together to put together a beautiful dish garden with a mix of fresh florals.
