You know that feeling when you share a budget with a floral ship over the phone and end up disappointed? That wasn’t the case with Flowers on 1st—they went above and beyond, setting a new standard for floral excellence! I sent in a photo for inspiration, and what they created was beyond my expectations. The colors, the flower assortment, the quality—absolutely top-notch! I couldn’t be happier with my floral arrangements.

Terrible service! I wanted to send a bouquet as a surprise to a colleague who is at home and quite sick. The rude person on the phone, said he would not deliver them unless he got confirmation by email or phone that the person was home. The person is very ill and not checking email. So his approach ruined the essence of surprise and he did communicate with me that he was withholding delivery until he got that confirmation. So I had to phone to inquire and he was very rude.
