I’m actually super disappointed. I ordered a bouquet and it was $65.00 (which sure told me I could get a really nice bouquet for that amount) I told them that I wanted it to be really full and pretty. I pick it up, and it’s literally carnations and some daisies. I’m no florist but it seems insane to charge me that much for that. I’ve had decent experiences in the past and the ladies who work there are amazing but I’m just not sure the arrangements actually warrant the price
Ordered a small hand helded bouquet for a surprise for my daughter on her wedding day. I worked with an employee to pick out a size and requested a flower they did not have. The associate and I agreed on a similar one that was in the cooler. Told me there would be an additional amount which I agreed to. When I picked them up they did not include the flower that we discussed and that I paid for. On top of that the man's corsage looked like a clowns. I needed a last minute arrangement for a funeral since the other flowers I ordered did not get delivered. They talked to me, texted me a photo of what they could make, and then got it to the funeral home within a few hours! They were very responsive to my needs and the flowers were beautiful! Thank you SO much! Would recommend 100% for your flower needs!!
They made a funeral arrangement for me and it was absolutely gorgeous! The lady I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful when I wanted changes made to the arrangement I saw online. It was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order from them again. Thank you!
Flowers of the Lakes is an excellent place to go. They are super friendly and do exactly what you are looking for. My daughter had a vision of what she wanted for her Senior Year Homecoming bouquet and boutonniere; they created exactly what she was looking for. I will forever be a customer!!
