I'm in town, in Gatlinburg with my cousin. My husband had the most GORGEOUS BEAUTIFUL vase of Flowers I have ever seen, delivered to my Cabin! I am SO impressed with this Florist!
Drove all the way here at 11am they say open at 10am door locked and the hours even show they open at 10am disappointing and from looking at the window their selection was like they had nothing.
I picked up some corsages for my sister-in-law's wedding. The roses were wilted and brown. The corsages were not packed in protective boxes, just tossed in a paper bag with some tissue. I didn't pay for this order, but I hope the bride gets a refund.

UPDATE Seems a refund was FINALLY issued, BUT it will not warrant me to change my rating and here's why. If you refuse to work with a customer until you begin getting bad reviews, that's not good customer service. If you want to be rated honestly you fix the problem when it arises, and not wait until it becomes damage control. I own a shirt business.
