UPDATE Seems a refund was FINALLY issued, BUT it will not warrant me to change my rating and here's why. If you refuse to work with a customer until you begin getting bad reviews, that's not good customer service. If you want to be rated honestly you fix the problem when it arises, and not wait until it becomes damage control. I own a shirt business. (Update- the manager reached out was nice and polite and resolved the issue.)Beware I ordered flowers for my wife on Friday and to be delivered on our weeding day Saturday as a surprise while she was getting ready. I had called around lunch because they had not been delivered and I was told they was out for delivery on Saturday. We had a lot of problems with the delivery of flowers and trying to receive a refund. I still do not know what happened but it was made right by the manager. I feel it should have been made right the very first day and we should not have to jump through hoops but ultimately it was taken care of. I hope the people answering the phone can be more personable and more friendly when people call with a problem. They also need to learn how to respond to bad reviews as their responses can be very unprofessional and off-putting. Peop... read more
