Got an appointment right away and they were very knowledgeable. Help me a lot.
I have been waiting 6 weeks to get a call to schedule for my Botox. I am told "we will call you when it gets here", and speaking to their insurance department who handle the PA hasn't deemed successful because they tell me different things every time I talk with them (however the specific person I have talked to has been really nice). I am supposed to be getting Botox for migraines and I have spoken with the pharmacy, and received the PA for said medication, and still no call. Feels like I am getting the run-around.
Can never get anyone on the phone and when you do they put you on hold for 5-10 minutes
I only give it four stars because I have had a couple of negative experiences in the past year with this office but Elizabeth did a fantastic job helping me over the phone. She was super informative, answered all of my questions, was personable just overall super duper sweet and I really appreciate the way I was treated today.
