I was in a bad car wreck and my T 12 was broken. Dr. Voss operated on me and I went home the next day! No pain whatsoever and I'm loving my life! THANK YOU Dr. Voss!
The doctor is good, But the nurse Pamela has horrible people skills! Rude and patronizing also on her phone/ear peice while attending to patients which is a hippa violation! EVERY visit I've had she's the only complaint I have there.
Courtney turned me away from her office when I needed immediate help. She told me I should not be reading my own image reports 😒 then left the room. I have compression on my thecal sac in two different areas yet she turned me away when I'm in extreme pain 24/7. I highly suggest going to Birmingham instead of here in Dothan for anything serious.

NP Courtney was very good and helpful. Her nurse however was anything but. On my 1st visit she was very rude and confrontational. She talked to me as if I were a child and chastised me. I almost walked out. She does NOT need to be a nurse dealing with people that are in pain and need help. This was not acceptable for me as being someone working with the public in a service occupation for 30+ years. This is not how you treat people. They should be ashamed to have someone that acts this way work in their office.
