It is not perfect but it is great. I use Dr. Wai and he is a very cautious doctor who takes a lot of precautions to protect mother and baby. The staff is 50/50. Some of the super nice, some are nice depending on work flow and some are rarely ever nice. Ultrasounds are done in house by really great ladies so that's a plus! If you want to go the natural route I wouldn't recommend but if you want a smooth pregnancy, delivery and people who take their work seriously it's a great place.
I would not recommend this doctor to women interested in having natural deliveries.
From the time I walk in the front door, until I check out, the entire staff is so pleasant and they seem caring. I'm greeted with a smile, seen as a person and not just another body, and when I leave I'm asked how I am doing, and to have a nice afternoon or evening. Such pleasantness in the entire office. What a blessing to have found a such a place.
