I have to say Flowers in Bloom is one the best flower shop I've had the experience to deal with, but dealing with Carmen over the phone all the time has been the most wonderful and best decision I've ever made, the flowers are always fresh, the arrangements are stunning, the staff is unbelievable and attentive, and Carmen is incredible.
