Ordered some flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and was contacted that the ordered plant wasn't in stock, they offered to send a temporary bouquet and fulfill the order when it was in stock, which to me is the way a shop can address these kinds of issues. I am happy with the solution and their efforts to make sure my mom got flowers on her day!

Had no luck resolving delivery delay with Proflowers. I called the florist assigned to this purchase, they delivered today ASAP so that flowers arrived before Mother's Day. I will be ordering with this Florist directly in the future. The arrangement was beautiful!
