I described the occasion for the flowers and based on my description, they arranged the flowers to personally fit the occasion. Myself and the recipient of the flowers were overwhelmed with joy. I’ve had multiple orders with this service, and each time the experience has been very good. The flowers are always fresh and carefully arranged with a soft, elegant style. I also appreciate how simple the online ordering process is. Everything is smooth from start to finish, and delivery is always handled properly without any issues.

Birthday flowers were supposed to be delivered between 9am-5pm (business delivery hours) and were delivered at 5:11p after the recipient had left for the day. The company I ordered through (FromYouFlowers) made it right by issuing a refund. A employee (or owner) took it upon themselves to text me personally. As you can see, customer service is not their forte!! 🤣
