I’ve had multiple orders with this service, and each time the experience has been very good. The flowers are always fresh and carefully arranged with a soft, elegant style. I also appreciate how simple the online ordering process is. Everything is smooth from start to finish, and delivery is always handled properly without any issues.

Birthday flowers were supposed to be delivered between 9am-5pm (business delivery hours) and were delivered at 5:11p after the recipient had left for the day. The company I ordered through (FromYouFlowers) made it right by issuing a refund. A employee (or owner) took it upon themselves to text me personally. As you can see, customer service is not their forte!! 🤣
I honestly can’t say enough about this business and the owner. Every single time I reached out was last minute the same day and she had other deliveries etc going on and she put something together one day for my 15 year old daughter and a week later same day last minute for my 11 year old daughter and both times she put so much effort into them and didn’t just “throw them together”.
