I went in to order flowers for my mom’s memorial service (October 2017). We had a very specific idea of what we wanted in a vase since it was a cremation. Not only did they bend over backwards to help me get exactly what we wanted, but I was shocked at how little they charged me, and they delivered it to the chapel for free the day of the memorial, on time. Received flowers in TERRIBLE condition today. Brown around the edges and wilted. They will not respond to my email, and their phone seems to be disconnected(?). DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Maybe they've gone out of business?
Tried to order flowers for my wedding in June. They met with me and we picked out flowers. Had to send them a reminder email to send me a quote. After they sent the quote I wanted to put the down payment down, they never emailed me back even after I tried to follow up again and that was weeks ago. Put me in a sticky situation with the wedding fastly approaching.
Not using them again.
I called today (Thursday afternoon) to order a corsage for Saturday night. I realize that I am cutting it close, but was surprised when they told me I could NOT order one, that I was too late. The lady on the phone said they are too booked with orders, and also under staffed. I worked in a flower shop for many years, and never once did we turn away a customer!!
