Ordered a funeral heart. The florist substituted flowers and the arrangement look was poor. Very disappointed with how it looked because of the substitution. Did not look like the picture. 2 star rating because the wreath was Ok but not the substitution. My family was very upset.

My Father ordered flowers for my Grandmothers funeral on Monday. They were absolutely beautiful! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job on these arrangements!!! My daughter is in the hospital now, and I plan to call and order flowers from you again this morning.

I ordered a bouquet as a gift for my mother to be picked up by my sister. My sister was not able to pick it up until a little after 5:00, and they assured me this would be okay. But by 5:10, when my sister arrived, they had locked up and left without even calling to say it had not been picked up. The next day they resolved the issue by promising to deliver it for free, but when they called my mom for directions, they somehow let her agree to coming in to pick it up herself.
