They stole our money. Kept pushing out the delivery date past the 30 days. Called and requested a refund, then they never got back to us. Like so many others we are out $3000.

I am owed $1,500 deposit I put down for a carpet install. They canceled on me, claimed they would mail me a check and it still has not been seen. Can't get in touch with them. If anyone knows the name of the owner of this business please let me know.

****Update as of 9/6/23 - received response to my BBB complaint that their records indicate Flowers is out of business. ****If you post a review on their website it gives it five stars no matter what you selected.**** I wish there were negative stars. If this place is anything like their store in Cornelius, NC you should stay away, and based on the reviews it is exactly the same.
