Carly was a knowledgeable, friendly and efficient hygienist. There was another billing problem as they told me to pay a copay when my Medicare Advantage plan has contracted prices and Flowers is not allowed to bill for more unless it’s over $2000 per year. FOURTH time we’ve faced this issue in last three years with this office.
All the staff was very friendly
Dr. Patterson and his team are ALWAYS going over and beyond for their patients. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. If you’re looking for an awesome dentist with great bedside manner with an awesome staff then look no further…. Go ahead and make the appointment.
Welcomed & Abandon all in one Appt. Appt was at 2:30 1 other person in waiting room on arrival. 4 others and 2 walk-ins came in over the next 40mins & some were seen, ok NP maybe they had a different Dr's. 1hr later I'm still waiting I go to the desk asking is there a issue, they go check and return saying they are getting ur room cleaned now, oh ok I wait another 15 mins...still no call. all others waiting got seen except the 2 walk-ins. I thought the entire staff was very professional and welcoming The staff is very friendly and efficient. From the moment I stepped into the office, had my examination and cleaning they made me feel comfortable and at ease. We moved here 5 years ago, and this is the 2nd dentist office I've been to, and this is the first time I have felt comfortable with my care.
