I ordered a small vase for my cousin and her husband as her husband lost his father this past month. I live out of province so I requested a picture of the bouquet since I wasn't going to get to see it myself. They did a wonder job and my cousin was very thankful for the georgous flowers they received. I picked out the colour scheme and it was done wonderfully! I did not have a good experience with this shop. Not attentive to customers. Did not greet me. I felt that both employees did not want me to be there. Disappointing service. This was my first and last time there.

The flowers turned out absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations! I placed the order at 3pm and received them by 1pm the very next day - very efficient and accomadating service. The only small thing I'd suggest is providing frequent updates or an ETA, as I had to call in to check on the delivery. Other than that, everything was perfect and I'd definitely order again!

I've visited this florist twice, and on both occasions was treated with the utmost disrespect before even having the chance to ask about their flowers. I do not recommend this store if you're looking for a friendly experience.
