My friend was so happy with the flowers. They are fresh, beautifully arranged, and have a WOW effect! I was notified on every step of the process, and knew exactly when the order was received, out for delivery, and delivered. I even got a photo of the actual arrangement being delivered. Couldn't be happier!

Absolutely beautiful arrangement! From start to finish, the best online floral experience I’ve had. I ordered funeral flowers and they exceeded my expectations! I was kept up to date on the process through notifications and also had a voicemail about the delivery date. Loved the extra touch of sending me a pic of the final product - very nice! This was the first of two funeral arrangements I purchased from Zach-Low. The customer service was exemplary. The arrangements were beyond beautiful. The flowers were fresh and carefully arranged. I cannot think of no other place to get my flower arrangements in the Albuquerque area.
