Wanted to update my review from 6 years ago to say that since that time Flowers by the Bay has continued to provide Outstanding Customer Service! Danielle is wonderful– she always makes beautiful arrangements that my mom loves & sends me a pic so I can see what Mom's so excited about (because Mom doesn't know how to do that with her cell) Thank you, Danielle! ___________________________________ I always call this florist and my Mom loves the arrangements & how long the flowers last
