I am very disappointed to post that I ordered flowers for a friend to be delivered on a Tuesday and they have not yet arrived, almost a week later. I went with a local florist to support a local business but unfortunately it appears this company is taking people’s money and not fulfilling orders. I wish I had read the reviews about them sooner.
Unfortunately, you have to give at least a star to post a review. I cannot begin to write how unbelievably disappointed I am in this company. I ordered online, no problem, easy process. When checking the status of my order, I get someone in New Jersey with an accent that was beyond understandable. THEN, I get a phone call, which I couldn't answer so I get a text. They wanted to change my order from "Hand Wrapped" to "Vase", great! No problem. However, in calling them back, texting them or emailing them was beyond frustrating... read more
A little late on the review but after reading the latest ratings, I must share my experience. I ordered flowers for my wife for Mother’s Day this year but the order was never delivered. I have used this shop in the past and have never had an issue. Close to $100 paid to this company and no delivery. I see that their “social media accounts were hacked” but that is no excuse to keep payments when a service is not performed. I emailed the shop, no response. They didn't deliver the flowers on the date I requested and it took me a a few days to even get in touch with them. When I did get in touch with them the OWNER stated that she would upgrade the order, but did not. It took them to seven o'clock in the evening to finally deliver the flowers. Definitely lost a future customer.
DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER. I made an order online and was charged for the order and delivery. The delivery never occurred. I have called numerous times to get a refund and get no answer at their published phone number. As other reviewers have also noted, they have no voicemail set up. Abysmal.
