I ordered a Thanksgiving arrangement for my neighbor. I’m guessing Sues florist thought I would not see it. It was an embarrassment. Certainly not what I expected. It was very expensive and they did not use the flowers we agreed on. The were very cheap and the arrangement had no style or shape. I would definitely not recommend.

I had a tricky situation because my wife’s birthday was on February 7 and of course Valentine’s Day is the 14th But I spoke to Jane and she was totally on topic about getting something that could maybe work both ways between the two dates with the flowers that my wife loves So I picked the order up and they knocked it out the park! Huge congratulations to the store and to Jane for great communication

What an amazing experience!! I connected with Jane, who is a manager at the store, Who, intern, put me on speaker with the woman, Margaret, who is the artist/arranger. Between the three of us, with their utmost attention to my request for very specific details as to what I wanted, they came across with flying colors!!! Went last week to order a dozen red roses for my wife's birthday. We have used Flowers by Sue on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The roses they delivered Monday morning were absolutely beautiful! The arrangement was so well executed and the freshness and fragrance of the flowers are still being enjoyed! So glad we have a great florist here on HHI.
