They charge a $10 tech fee to order flowers and yet their site doesnt even send me any email confirmation record of my purchase at all. I got no receipt or confirmation of whether my friend ever received flowers for her father's passing. I even called them and they said they would send me my email confirmations asap and 5 days later I still have received nothing. Don't charge tech fees if your tech doesnt even work. Experience was awful. The flowers that were delivered (right side) looked nothing like the picture on the website (left pic) and they were already wilting by the time they arrived. I called to complain and was told a new bouquet would be prepared and delivered the next day. Nothing was received the next day. I would not recommend them nor will use them again.
Never delivered but took my money!
Great experience - easy online ordering, quick in-store pickup, beautiful arrangement, and Stella was knowledgeable and helpful.
