Had flowers delivered for someone’s birthday. They dropped off the flowers with the wrong name on it. Will definitely never order flowers from them again.

Flowers are pretty but the mess up on the card is really throwing me off, this was out three year anniversary and I planned on scrap booking this but now I can’t because of how sloppy this looks. Why couldn’t you get a different card? Are cards really that expensive you couldn’t just rewrite it on a different one?? Not to mention the card was like 15 bucks?? Just for it to be all messed up? The bear is cute though. Won’t be recommending and definitely won’t be going back.

The flowers were lovely but the personalized banners look very unprofessional. The poor penmanship accompanied with glitter cheapened the bouquet. If you do order flowers from this florist do not order with a banner. It took away the elegance of the flowers.

My dad died last year and it was very sudden. It’s been a hard year for my mom. She then fell and broke her knee the other day and that too has been real hard on her. I order thru a 3rd party service at Leominster Hospital but she was moved and I thought she was going to be moved the following day. I was told by that service the flowers were going to take a day longer due to the fact she had been moved.
