I received flowers, delivered by "Flowers by Sharon". The flowers were left on the porch and due to extreme heat, were not in good shape when I arrived home from work. I called Sharon to make her aware of this. She was concerned, professional, and replaced this arrangement, delivering it at my convenience. She couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.
