Friendly, honest, respectful, and caring! Often, in times, of distress the truth is unheard! I contacted the owner, he was straightforward as to what he could and could not do! I fully appreciated it! Because of his honesty, despite having spoken to three other florists, I chose Riverside because he explained to me the reality of my request! I received quality friendly service for $40 less than the lowest florist in Sampson, Cumberland, and Harnett County! Thank you, Riverside!

Our family ordered flowers for our mother’s viewing and asked for them to be delivered before the 2:00 p.m service. We arrived for the services, and the flowers were not there. The funeral home had to call on our behalf multiple times and Riverside finally began working on our baskets around the time the viewing began.
