I am very disappointed with the Riverside Florist located in Dunn NC. I placed an order for a bouquet of white rose's on Tues Mar 31st 2026. They were over priced I called the owners son Joey Smith he didn't answer I lft a message asking him to give me a call back. He didn't I go to pick up the bouquet on the day I said I would guess what no bouquet. That really upset me because the bouquet was for my niece SENIOR PROM. Friendly, honest, respectful, and caring! Often, in times, of distress the truth is unheard! I contacted the owner, he was straightforward as to what he could and could not do! I fully appreciated it! Because of his honesty, despite having spoken to three other florists, I chose Riverside because he explained to me the reality of my request! I received quality friendly service for $40 less than the lowest florist in Sampson, Cumberland, and Harnett County! Thank you, Riverside!
