The best flower shop in Brownwood. Phyllis & her staff are the best! When my brother past away in April we needed an arrangement for his casket, I didn't know that one had not been ordered & visitation was set for 6 pm. that night. I went to Flowers by Phyllis at about 4 pm. that afternoon & Phyllis personally handled the arrangement. She was at the funeral home at 5 pm. with the arrangement & it was BEAUTIFUL.
