It's wonderful here! I recommend them to everyone. I can even call and just tell them how much I want to spend. Then when I come in later to pay and pick up the flowers I'm NEVER disappointed! This is where you want to go for your floral needs.
I ordered online. I selected a specific arrangement from the FTD photos. They called me quickly to advise they did not have the exact flowers for my request/time. We discussed the look I wanted. My cousin sent me a picture of the arrangement and they certainly went above and beyond! I will definitely order from them in the future. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
I placed an order today for my mother in law who passed away. I ordered two rose planter arrangement's that were listed in the website from her grandchildren. After placing my order I received a phone call from a women that worked there stating that they did not have what I had ordered in stock. I asked her if she had something similar or what else she could offer me instead. We ordered what looked like a lovely arrangement for our friends after a family loss What arrived was the Shein version With a $10 delivery charge locally, it arrived unwrapped, no paper, no cellophane, nothing It was left on their front porch for hours in 4 degrees Celsius weather What an absolute disgrace The photos are laughable, I would never recommend this florist to anyone I asked if the arrangement would look like the photo and was told yes There’s 2 small roses and 5 pink carnations Why advertise a beautiful arrangem... read more
