I cannot thank Flowers by MGM enough for their exceptional service and compassion. As I live out of the country, it can be difficult to arrange flowers for the anniversary of my grandparent's passing, but Ms. Dawn Chan, the manager, made what seemed impossible completely effortless. First time asking for a customized bouquet with my mom for my grandma and she absolutely loved it! Everything was outstanding, organized and just completely how I imagined. Roses was brightly organized in a cute pattern. Definitely would recommend to a friend if ever! Service was completely easy to talk to and understanding. Woukd rethink on coming back again!
I had an amazing experience at Flowers by MGM! Their selection of fresh, beautifully arranged flowers is incredible, and the staff is just as wonderful. A special shoutout to Raiza, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bouquet. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and had such a great eye for design—her recommendations made my arrangement even more stunning! If you’re looking for high-quality flowers and outstanding customer service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed, it looks nothing like the picture, the quality of the flowers are not nice and there are barely any flowers here at all. $58 for this? You can get a beautiful bouquet of roses at longos for this price. Don’t go here. Over priced and don’t care about quality
No customer service. The staff didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in, On top of that, there was no clear explanation of how the shop operates. We asked if they can do a bouquet. They just said “yes”. no explanation. Then i asked if we can choose the flowers from there list posted in there store. They again said just “yes”. We waited if they helped us. But they just acted we werent even there.👍🏻
