This is the 3rd time I have received flowers by them and they have been pretty much dead.. very disappointing. Shame on this flower company. Diffently having my fiancee ordering from some other flower shop.
Pay $100 for a $15 bouquet. BIG ripoff. Better off going to the grocery store or instacarting. Also will add that the attitude from the management was completely unnecessary, unprofessional and unfortunate. I love ordering flowers from local shops, but they will not be receiving business from us again.
I ordered two large bouquets for my husband‘s funeral service. I brought the vases in on Monday because I had a specific color I wanted and the funeral was Saturday. They had ample time to let me know if the bases were incorrect. They delivered the flowers on Saturday at 12 and by Sunday morning some of them are already wilted and dying. I asked for a spring bouquet for my mom’s 84th birthday. I told the clerk I would like yellow flowers (they are my mom’s favorite) and pink/ purple. I told them I wanted to spend 100 with delivery. This is what she got…doesn’t look like an $82 bouquet nor are there any purple or pink-Two red carnations. I called about my frustrations. They told me I got what I ordered. I would give a 0 review if possible. We recieved flowers on 12/23 from our brother and Sister inlaw ( Best) Looking at the flowers I noticed that couple leaves were dying and some of the roses were dieing around the edges. I called and asked why they would deliver flowers that look like this. The Very Snotty lady that answered the phone said that they wouldn't. I said then why am I calling you about it.
