Terrible experience a while back, realizing I forgot to leave a review i figured i should so the public doesn't have to go through what i did with this company.. I will NEVER go to this shop again. What a JOKE!! I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for my boss that had lost her mom, I had them deliver to us. It cost over $100 and I was extremely disappointed with what was delivered... it looked nothing like the photo.. the Lillys weren't even open, it was pretty much greenery. I stumbled on this place looking for flowers for my wife. To my surprise it was already set up for Christmas. And when I say set up I mean really set up. Very fun for the family. The Staff is awesome! They are super nice and helpful. They really take the time to help you find or make just what your looking for. We have visited the shop 4 days in a row. :) They have quite the array of Christmas decorations from fun festive, classic and traditional. I live out of state, and use this locally owned shop often to place orders for family members on their birthdays. I Always receive great friendly service while placing orders over the phone. My family members are always very pleased with the product they receive.
The flowers from this shop were absolutely stunning, and the service was exceptional. When we ordered flowers for a funeral, they arrived exactly as I had envisioned, and they stayed fresh for almost a week. I wholeheartedly recommend this flower shop for their beautiful arrangements and friendly service.
I asked for a spring bouquet for my mom’s 84th birthday. I told the clerk I would like yellow flowers (they are my mom’s favorite) and pink/ purple. I told them I wanted to spend 100 with delivery. This is what she got…doesn’t look like an $82 bouquet nor are there any purple or pink-Two red carnations. I called about my frustrations. They told me I got what I ordered. Goodbye Hansen, hello Woodland Floral!
