I received a bill in the mail for a valentines order that didn't even belong to me for 101.46. Ordered my wife valentines day flowers. Opted for the largest option on their site and she received something smaller than the cheapest option and no comparison. I have ordered from them every year for the last decade and have never had such a bad experience. I emailed asking for them to re make the flowers and re deliver on valentines day or refund me. I ordered flowers and chocolate for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's Day. It's a good thing I checked my bank statement. The order was canceled because they didn't have chocolate. I only noticed because I received a refund. I called them to ask for an explanation because I wasn't given a full refund for them canceling my order. "we get charged for it regardless if the order is filled." Never doing business with them again.
