Tried to organise flowers for a family member from interstate, customer service was awful My partner rang at 12:17pm today to organise flowers for her cousin who’s dog sadly passed away, she was attempting to purchase a custom bouquet to be sent to her cousin today but whomever she spoke with, potentially a staff member wasn’t attentive or helpful at all. Staff should always have empathy and consideration towards any customers going through a sad time, it’s unprofessional.
Perfect product, and great buiness aswell.
