Ordered two 12" cakes 1 week in advance with a pickup time of noon. I arrived to pickup the cakes and after waiting 20 minutes while the employee talked on the phone, I was told the cakes were not there and would not be available for at least 3 hours. Well the party was to start at 2pm. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes to get a refund. The employee did not know how to process a refund and had to call someone for instructions. Customer service can make or break a company. Flowers Baker must do better!

Pagué $50 por este pastel y, sinceramente, el precio no habría sido un problema si el resultado hubiera estado a la altura de lo que solicité. No me importa pagar por un buen trabajo, pero pagar por algo que no se parece al diseño pedido resulta injusto y frustrante como cliente. Lo que más me importaba del diseño era la imagen principal, ya que era el detalle que hacía especial el pastel.
