DO NOT use Flowers for anything. They quoted $150 to pick up a shell (I clearly expressed exactly what they were getting). They confirmed the quote with a scheduled pickup time the following day. When they were 30 mins late for the pickup I called and they said they were confirming ETA with the driver. When I called 45 mins later (they never called me back and it was now 75 mins late on the scheduled pickup time) they said they would only pay $100.
