Had my vehicle for 4 weeks and told me once a week they'd get to it in a few days. Finally, they told my grandad they told me they can't get to it cause they just had too much to do... It sat there A MONTH. When I called them after they, they blamed me for not touching it because I "didn't tell them all the details of it" when both me and my grandad told him exactly what happened. My 19 year old daughter took her car there due to her starter needing to be replaced. She communicated with them directly letting them know how badly she needed her car back quickly due to us sharing one vehicle, work and her class schedule. They were amazing!!! They did their best to get her car back to her as soon as possible, plus I feel didn't overcharge knowing that she was paying for this herself! I love that she feels confident knowing if something goes wrong again, she has found a trust worthy mechanic.

Went to see them for a power steering pump and starter for my truck. We originally scheduled for Wednesday this week, they called and said they could get me a day earlier. Good work at a fair /honest price. We will certainly be using them again. My only complaint was having to stop by a couple times, I kept missing the owner who does the work estimates. An acceptable minor inconvenience is well worth fair price and good work.
