Customer services was excellent! Ordered flowers for an anniversary and included specific notes for the delivery due to my partner working night shift. They were incredibly communicative and followed through with my notes. My partner said the delivery person was very sweet. And the arrangement was beautiful! I will absolutely be using Flowers at Hilltop for all of my future needs.
Fantastic customer service! Lucy was incredible in helping my husband create two gorgeous bouquets. I’m not a fan of cookie-cuter flower displays, packed with roses and babies breath. Lucy made it a point to ask what flowers I like and dislike, what my favorite color was and if I mind greenery, and with that she created the most stunning bouquet of flowers I’ve ever received. She’s truly an artist! She created a second bouquet for a family friend that was having a tough day and said, “I’ll give her happy flowers!” filling it... read more
Picked up flowers my kids sent to their mom on Mother’s Day. Beautiful when picked up but died in days. Sent two emails and pictures. No response!! Won’t use again
