A friend sent a photo of yellow roses she had bought at Flowers and Services in North Miami Beach. They were beautiful!!! Two + weeks later she told me that the roses were lovely, still fresh. Poor customer service. I came in to purchase a couple of arrangements. The front desk employee never acknowledged me while I waited as the customer she was assisting even suggested that she ring me up first since they were still deciding, but the employee chose to continue with them and left me waiting. After several minutes without any acknowledgment, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.
This used to be my favorite flower shop. Wide variety, and great prices. Now, it seems everytime I go that the variety is less and less and the prices are more and more. They expanded a few years ago and had to hire more staff who are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Had an issue the other day where they wouldn’t get me the flowers that I wanted in an attempt to upsell me, yet I noticed at register and again requested the shorted length of flowers.
