My uncle was a florist and customer for years. Spent thousands of dollars here. His funeral is tomorrow. When I came in from out of town to pay my final respects and to make my own casket spread, I came here. My uncle always spoke highly of this place. We spent a couple hundred dollars. We bought roses, got overcharged for casket saddle piece or plastic AND THEN when asked for 3 feet of floral tape, wouldn't even sell it for $5. Cashier was useless and didn't care. Horrible experience. My dad who has been ordering supplies for years recently died and we wanted to get flowers for his casket including a casket sadle, foam and tape. They charged us a ridiculous price for foam, sadle and refused to give us tape. Such bad customer service.

Причем я уже знал, что и сколько надо купить. Можно быть клиентоориентированно хотя бы открыть дверь и сказать что-нибудь.
