Beautiful selection of flowers and very friendly staff
Long time customer. I will never purchase from them again. Their flowers and arrangements are nice, but they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered an arrangement for my wife's birthday for delivery (see photo). They delivered flowers that were sagging (see second photo immediately after delivery). When I called, I sent them the photos and they told me immediately that they would help me sort this out. After waiting 45 minutes, they just said this is normal and they would not offer any help.
