One of the best teams! My parcel was left at the reception by the delivery rider without contacting the receiver, and unfortunately, someone stole it. When I contacted the FAS team, they were incredibly helpful and kindly sent the parcel again, which I truly appreciated. They didn’t charge me anything at all.
