Thank you for getting the arrangement to it's destination on time. The arrangement was technically correct but I feel that a softer color (pink maybe) carnation would have made this arrangement perfect. Thank you for helping me celebrate my sister's birthday.

Very poor service. They don’t answer their phones and have zero communication. I reached out and got no response — then randomly received an email the next day. It made no sense. The whole thing felt off, and honestly, I wasn’t even sure if the shop was legit. So I decided to go with a different flower shop instead.
