Not very happy right now. I ordered a deluxe bouquet to be delivered to someone in my building who had been involved the hospital. When the flowers were delivered, the recipient had not come home so the flowers were returned. That was not the florists fault. However, when I called the florist, the woman was vague about when they would redeliver - "sometime next week" and I have visions of old spent flowers I spent $150 for arriving.
