Very Rude and Difficult - Never Going Back I ordered 1 dozen roses to be delivered to my girlfriend. When the order arrived it was left for her before she came to get it. When she got them, 4 of the 12 roses were broken. She called them and they offered to replace the roses by 5 (it was 1:30 at the time) and they never arrived. During the phone calls she made and I made, they never once apologized for the mistake. Notably good service experience Whenever I need flowers for any reason -- a funeral, a new baby, a birthday, just because -- I stop by and ask Nina (owner/florist) to help me. I give her my budget, and she creates a stunning arrangement every time!
