When awarding stars, I give 4 stars for good service. I reserve 5 stars for service that has exceeded my expectations. There is no doubt that Naoko deserves 5 stars for her service providing a wreath for a loved one's funeral. This is despite the added difficulties arising from the 9 hour time zone difference between us.

Naoko is without a doubt the best florist I have worked with. From the first point of consultation to the actual wedding day and everything in between, Naoko has given 110% in helping us with her floral arrangements, decor ideas and candles. My wife and I are a same sex Asian couple in Sydney who came to know Naoko through recommendation of a friend. Naoko came highly recommended and we engaged her as our florist for our wedding. She went above and beyond and really did a fantastic job! From the first call to the wedding day, Naoko was understanding, helpful, friendly, and creative. She gave really useful advice and suggestions. I wish I could give Naoko ten stars for the service she provided for our wedding day. She did the flowers for our ceremony and reception as well as the bouquets, buttonholes and corsages for our bridal party and families. Naoko is SO lovely and and so easy to work with. I was super indecisive and changed my mind a few times with some of the details but Naoko was so accommodating and never made me feel like anything was too much.
