I ordered a green and white bouquet and told Flower Icon they could use their best judgment. And wow, they completely exceeded my expectations! The arrangement they created was absolutely stunning: fresh, elegant, and beautifully balanced. You can really tell how much care, creativity, and expertise goes into their work. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I worked with Kate, and she was incredible throughout the entire process. There was a potential issue with the supply chain for one of the flowers, but they communicated clearly, handled everything professionally, and completely solved the issue without adding any stress to us. I can’t recommend Flower Icon enough! I needed same day flower delivery in San Francisco for my mom’s birthday and they absolutely came through. Ordered in the morning and the bouquet arrived that same afternoon, beautifully arranged and very fresh! I can’t imagine another florist do my wedding Bouquet. I’m out of town roughly 8hrs away.. this place was sooo helpful & accommodating. You can definitely feel the luxury in these. Kate was very helpful & friendly over the phone, I texted her what I was looking for & she made it happen! Easy & fast communication. They came out beautifully unique! Honestly the best flower delivery in San Francisco I've found. I needed a same-day flower delivery for my mom's birthday in the Bay Area and Flower Icon came through within a couple of hours. The minimalist bouquet was fresh, modern, and looked exactly like the photos! (not the sad supermarket-style arrangement you usually get with online flower delivery). Stayed fresh for almost two weeks and was fitting the interior perfectly. This is now my go-to San Francisco florist for birthdays and anniversaries!
