It's been 10 years since this place was the one to diagnose me with Bipolar Disorder. After having my first manic episode and being brought to a mental health hospital for the first time I now see how glad I was they were my first experience dealing with Bipolar. They were friendly and helpful and remember most if the day was very peaceful environment. Psych ward was fabulous.
Urgent care is very slow and I think there is racism there
Brought a family member into the ER to be seen and likely get stitches at 5:30am. Was "checked in" in less than 5 minutes. It is now 7:30 and we're still in the waiting room. Apparently, we've come at what is likely two hours of a shift change culminatinf with the registration employee leaving promptly at 7. I waited a bit, then went to get an ETA on being seen. I was told, "IDK, I JUST GOT HERE, but someone should come get ya'll soon they do know she's out there." So posting review while we continue to wait to be seen and j... read more
