I have no idea why you take orders from people and not follow through with them. I’ll be taking my business else where. Very unprofessional. Showed up at the shop and it looked like a broom closet. Papers everywhere. I feel like this is some kind of joke, or an old lady that’s not in her right mind still thinking she’s 20 years ago. Either way. My day, celebration, and plans were wasted. I even waited an hour for her
Called in an order of flowers and told her I’d be by Saturday to pick them up. It was a really special day for my mom and I feel like I showed up empty handed. So I wanna so thank you to your unorganized, lack of committed, insubordinate shop of Los Fresnos. I’ll never go back to you guys ever again.
