Did get what I payed for customer service is bad also never again
Ordered flowers Saturday morning for same day delivery, gave them a phone number and address and nothing was delivered and nobody was contacted. It is now the end of day Monday and I called at 5:20 shortly after close having seen that still no delivery happened and they answered and just said good bye and hung up, twice.... Very unprofessional and will be doing a charge back if they did charge the card. I really love how I can call and they instantly helped me out.
The owner picked out and bought lots of merchandise from me, then she didn’t pay us for the merchandise. I’ve tried on many occasions to collect what she owes, but she avoids me and our secretary. If you plan on selling to them, try to get cash or run a credit card before you relinquish any goods.
