I understand why people are upset about getting poor quality floral arrangements from this establishment.In order to cut costs they have under qualified floral designers.Instead of trained ,certified designers who have the skills necessary for most of the jobs.If it is imported and you don’t want to waste your money.Ask them if the designer is certified.Like you would anywhere else.
