Bought an expensive spray to be delivered to a funeral On Saturday, June 17. The flowers I understand were pretty but they weren’t delivered until June 19. Their explanation was they are closed and don’t make deliveries on Saturday. ( That didn’t stop them from accepting the order and taking my money)

Called for a Valentine's flower arrangement. Spoke with David, he assured me they would make it, and deliver that day between 2-5 pm. Never arrived. Called the next morning 6 times before he answered. He stated they would still deliver, but were out of roses. He LIED to me the previous day. So I was forced to cancel my order. Then 5 minutes later David calls me back and harrasses me regarding my cacelling. Very unprofessional and thretening.

I recently purchased an arrangement for a friend at Flower Dome. They were beautiful, well done. They were very fresh and were a nice assortment. My husband recently flowers for our anniversary. Again, very happy with the arrangement. They looked great for at least a week. I am including 2 photos, the first from the day they were delivered and the next was a full week later. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Flower Dome.
