The Lady Is Very Rude And Cuts You Off When You Are Talkin We Didnt Get The Flower We Ordered For Our Grandmothers Funeral So We Were Trying To Contact Her She Ignored Us At First And When We Said We Had A “Tragic Loss” She Responded With “Everybody Has A Tragic Loss Business Is Business” While We Were Trying To Get A Solution On The Wrong Flowers We Even Said We Would Take Artificial Flowers For All The Grandchildren Just In Remembrance When She Stop Responding We Wanted A Refund And She Refused Totally Bad For Business Hop... read more

By far the worst in everything! The lady who answered the phone is really rude about the mistakes that they made. She would not fix the problem and didn't want to compensate us or even try to fix their mistakes! She didn't care one bit about our bereavement nor the loss of my grandmother and continued to argue with me about their mistakes. They also stopped picking up the phone after saying they would fix the problem so I had to have another family member call. Would NOT recommend!
