Living in an apartment from Flower City Management was definitely WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. RUN RUN RUN!!! Their apartments are old, really overpriced, and they will do anything not to address the issues you have in order to save money. It is all about money, they don’t care about providing service and even decent living conditions (that are in the contract!) - just check the other reviews yourself.
