June 2025 mr tire brockport told me i needed rear brakes to pass inspection. I paid almost $600.00. May 2026 i went there for an oil change and was told i needed rear brakes again! They ripped me off. I have been going there since 2020 but will never go back. Calling the 1 800 number has not resolved this issue. Avoid this place.
Customer service was excellent! Took my car in for an oil change. They did a tire rotation and topped off fluids without an additional charge. I highly recommend Mr.Tire!
The gentleman that is the manager is a great guy
I went to Mr Tire with out an appointment and was taken care right away at a great price. The gentlemen at the counter was very professional and gave me awesome service. Great job Mr Tire.
