Really disappointed with the customer service. The employee who assisted me had no manners and made me feel rushed the entire time, despite the store being empty. I also purchased three bundles of flowers and was clearly struggling to open the door while carrying everything, yet no assistance was offered. Thankfully, a stranger stepped in to help me instead. Overall, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable because of the poor attitude and lack of basic customer service.
