Katerina was amazing to work with for our wedding on 31 May 2026. Really disappointed with the customer service. The employee who assisted me had no manners and made me feel rushed the entire time, despite the store being empty. I also purchased three bundles of flowers and was clearly struggling to open the door while carrying everything, yet no assistance was offered. Thankfully, a stranger stepped in to help me instead. Overall, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable because of the poor attitude and lack of basic customer service.
Highly recommend Flower City Florist. They were able to deliver a beautiful arrangement of Australian native blooms on short notice. Hassle free ordering & good customer service.
