I had a very disappointing experience at Flower City Dental of Gates. I came in because I wanted to have my tooth extracted. I explained that I just wanted the whole tooth removed, but instead of listening to my decision, I felt like I was being judged. They looked at me like I was crazy and kept saying, “Why not get a root canal? This is by far the worst dentist. Dr. Deepak Gupta is Horrible. Went for a cleaning I kept telling her that I have the beginning of periodontal disease and that I needed a periodontal cleaning. She did a regular cleaning. She never checked my GUM Pockets. I kept saying I am deathly afraid of Dentists. So what did they do they scheduled me for 3 fillings. I am a patient at Flower City Dental. I am now having some much needed repairs. Since Dr. Gupta has become the new Owner the service has improved. But on the previous managements behalf Medicare and Medicaid hasn't been easy for me to follow. You will get the best service and Treatment and the Staff is incredible. Flower City would be a very good choice should you need Care.
I found them through my insurance. I went for a cleaning and mainly the pain in my tooth. Which I told them I believe there was a cavity as I was unable to eat food on that side without pain. He told me he didn’t see any cavity at all, and it must of been the whitening tooth paste I was using.
