I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Deepak Gupta. I believe I was refused treatment because I had previously left a negative review. I was made to sit in the waiting room for over 30 minutes before being told I would not be seen, which felt unprofessional and unethical. Just had an amazing experience at Flower City Dental of Gates with Dr. Deepak Gupta! They got me right in with no wait, and the whole staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Gupta did a fantastic job — my teeth look incredible now, cleaner and brighter than they have in years. Highly recommend this office if you want great results and people who actually care. 10/10!

Find another dentist. Dr. G took over this location and it is now independent of Flower City Dental. It looks like google still considers it the same business, so they inherited a lot of good reviews. I was given poor dental treatment and was advised to do two fillings that were immature. Meanwhile, even though they took multiple styles of x-rays (without asking me, they just moved me from one room to the other and mentioned 'insurance covers it so it doesn't matter'), they failed to find the growing decay under an old filli... read more

STAY AWAY! This practice needs to be shut down immediately. The staff seemed nice over the phone, but upon arrival I saw how toxic the environment was. "Dr" Gupta yells at his staff in front of patients, and is INCREDIBLY HARSH with his work. Gupta proceeded to yell at me telling me that "walk-ins aren't allowed" even though I had an appointment scheduled for days, and when I reached out to them they never replied. This is by far the worst dentist. Dr. Deepak Gupta is Horrible. Went for a cleaning I kept telling her that I have the beginning of periodontal disease and that I needed a periodontal cleaning. She did a regular cleaning. She never checked my GUM Pockets. I kept saying I am deathly afraid of Dentists. So what did they do they scheduled me for 3 fillings.
